Welcome to the Hotdesk community! Our aim is to provide a transparent and open environment to advertise your place or find the right space for you to #GetThingsDone.
By using Hotdesk, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Use. We are committed to these guidelines and we hope that you are too. Overstepping these boundaries may result in deleted or disabled accounts as well as other restrictions or consequences.
We aim to improve our platform whenever possible and we always appreciate our community's feedback;
To help everyone enjoy our application, services and website, we ask that when you use Hotdesk, you keep in mind the following:
Do not conduct or pursue any illegal or offensive activities while using Hotdesk. This is strictly prohibited. Ensure you are abiding by the rules and laws of the country that the workspace is located.
We don’t allow defamatory, indecent, offensive, profane, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or threatening comments.
Personal attacks, name-calling, trolling and abuse will not be tolerated.
Only share photos and videos that you have taken yourself or have the right to share, and make sure that their content is appropriate for our activities and for a diverse audience.
We will remove content that is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading.
When placing a booking through Hotdesk, use the space in a respectful manner and follow the rules of the space you booked.
Do not perform any activity that is likely to be disruptive or dangerous.
Respect that other people in the community have had different life experiences and may have a different perspective to yours. We welcome different viewpoints.
Don’t share personal information that you would not be comfortable sharing with a stranger.
Hosts that are using Hotdesk agree that the pricing for listings they have on the Platform matches the prices they offer independently as outlined in our T&C’s
Respect employees and other members of the Hotdesk community.
We encourage our hosts to have full control over the content that they post. Although we actively review all the content on our platform and moderate any posts, Hotdesk can not be held liable for any negative content found on the platform. If you feel that something should not be listed on the platform, please let us know on help@hotdesk.com and we will endeavor to have it removed.
