It’s time to say goodbye!


Hi YADERS, you may know that we’ve recently joined forces with Hotdesk App and that means that it’s time to say goodbye to our YADO App project and say hello to Hotdesk! 


It’s been an amazing journey where we all have learned a lot. And although we’ll have nostalgia to let the YADO project go and everything we created 4 years ago today, this step forward is gonna allow us to keep working to support remote work and hybrid jobs. Because to work in a different way it’s possible and we’ve already proved it.


Thank you so much for your trust during all these years. It’s been our biggest professional journey and the hugest professional lesson.

USERS USEFUL INFORMATION


What is gonna happen with users Data?

Nothing! We cannot transfer any personal information or data. Please, take a look to Hotdesk’s Terms & ConditionsPrivacy PolicyCancellation PolicyCommunity Guidelines to know better about Hotdesk.


YADO packs of hours or subscriptions are still available to buy?

No, nobody can buy any pack of hours anymore. 


What is gonna happen with users that still have active hours in their profile and they bought hours?

We’ll transfer the credit to Hotdesk App (AppStore & Google Play) and we’ll give the maximum price per hour that we had in YADO. That means that every hour in Hotdesk is gonna have a value of 2,25€/hour with VAT. 


The classification of these users is based on the ones that currently in their profile had 9 hours or more. We haven’t taken into account users with the 8 free hours to try YADO (to have more info about this point, please, read the next section).

As a user, to be able to apply these credits to your Hotdesk profile, we’ll need you to register in Hotdesk App with the same email you were registered in YADO and once you’ll sign up in Hotdesk and accept our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and check the rest of all legal documents, the system is gonna be able to transfer your credits. 


Please, be patient as it can take a bit of time to transfer your hours to your Hotdesk profile.

How can I use my credits on Hotdesk (if you still had 9 hours or more in YADO)?

Download & Signup on Hotdesk App using the registered email that you used in your YADO account (make sure to verify your email and phone number).

  • For every 3 hours you have remaining on YADO App, you’ll get 1 Desk Pass on Hotdesk (each pass grants you a maximum discount of 20 euros and is valid for 60 Days).

  • Redemption process takes 3 to 4 business days after signing up on Hotdesk App.

  • Make sure you sign up before 16th of March 2023 to be able to redeem your passes.


What is gonna happen with users with the YADO 8 free hours still available in their profiles?

As it was a present from YADO app, all these hours are not going to be available in Hotdesk App anymore. As a new Hotdesk users, you’ll have the chance to apply all the promos and discount codes that Hotdesk offers but none free hour is gonna be transferred to Hotdesk app.



What is gonna happen with users 0 hours?

Nothing. We won’t migrate any data base to Hotdesk as we’re following strict rules for Privacy Policy based in European Regulations and the GDPR. That means that to be able to have an email in Hotdesk systems, first, we’ll need that every users registers voluntarily in Hotdesk platforms and provides his/her personal data.



When will the YADO App gonna disappear from the AppStore and Google Play?

28th february is gonna be the goodbye day. 



Which services will be available in Hotdesk?

Same as in YADO and even more! Users and companies can book by hours, days, months o years a desk, meeting room or a private office. In Hotdesk you can have tailored plans for you or your team too. Take a look to the website hotdesk.com or download Hotdesk App and explore all possibilities there are!
