How can I purchase a package?

Select the package you prefer, and proceed to the checkout page to complete the purchase. Your subscription will be automatically renewed monthly.


What is a Desk Pass?

A Desk Pass is a day booking applicable only for desk listings, with the maximum discount applied to the day price.


I want to customize my own plan, how can I get started?

To customize your own plan, select "for business" and register your information. Our sales team will reach out within 24 hours.


Which spaces are added to those packages?

All workspaces offering a day desk listing are added to your package. You can view all offerings by clicking on applicable workspaces.


How can I get meeting room hours?

Meeting room hours are customizable upon request. Register your information, and our sales team will reach out within 24 hours.


Are Passes transferable?

No, Passes are not transferable. However, you can book for yourself and others. With every seat you add in your booking, one pass will be consumed.


Can I book for the future to avoid expiry?

Yes, you can book in advance before your Passes expire, even if the booking start time is after expiry.


How can I repurchase/renew my plan?

On the Hotdesk App home screen, tap on the banner that says "packages" to repurchase packages. Auto-renewal is on by default and is controllable from your Settings > Account.
