I don’t understand the options I am presented as a company owner?

Option 1: One bank account for all workspaces in the same company 

If you choose this option, you suggest that there is one bank account that you use to manage your finances for all the workspaces that are linked to your company. For example, if you have 5 workspaces linked to your company, all 5 workspaces will have a single bank account.


Option 2: Individual bank accounts for all workspaces in the company 


If you choose this option, you suggest that for each workspace, you have a separate bank account that you use to manage your finances. For example, if you have 5 workspaces linked to your company, the workspaces will have different accounts. 


Note: If you have more than two workspaces, and any two workspaces have the same account, you will have to add the bank account for each workspace separately, even if it is the same account.



What happens if the employee that is managing my bank account leaves?


We are working on making the process as efficient as possible. For now, if you encounter any such issues where you would like to revoke an employee access, change access from one employee to another, or have any other employee related concerns, please contact the Hotdesk team at hosts@hotdesk.com as soon as possible to avoid any problems.


How can I change my bank account?


If you wish to change your bank account at the moment, you can do so by clicking on the edit button* next to the bank details in the bank information section. By doing so, you will be able to see the bank details drawer where you can edit the desired field. 


*Currently, as we work on enhancing this feature, you will have to re enter your bank details if you wish to change your bank account. 


How can I change the setup I have chosen for managing my bank flow?

If you wish to have multiple bank accounts for your workspaces after already selecting the option to have one bank account for all workspaces in the company, reach out to our team at hosts@hotdesk.com and they would be happy to assist you.

If you choose this option, you suggest that for each workspace, you have a separate bank account that you use to manage your finances. For example, if you have 5 workspaces linked to your company, the workspaces will have different accounts.

How can I have more than one employee managing my stripe account?

How can I change the setup I have chosen for managing my bank flow?

How will I get access to my invoices?


Once the booking is made successfully, you will be able to see his earnings for each booking reflected on your stripe connect account dashboard. In case there is an issue, the team will reach out to you and assist you to solve the concern.


When am I going to receive a payment for my bookings?


 

For every transaction coming through Stripe Connect, you will be able to receive your payment within the next __ days. At the end of the month, our finance team will make sure to go through the statements for settlements including promo coverage by hotdesk, subscription based bookings and more. For transactions that do not go through to your Stripe Connect account for any reason, or if your Stripe Connect account onboarding is not yet complete, our finance team will reach out to you at the end of the month to settle these cases as well.
